You pay what you need

Ollygos has a broad range of valuable services which can be provided by its experienced professionals. We however recognize that each manager might have very different requirements related to the type of services, languages, assistant availability, manager’s geographic mobility, internal company systems and procedures, expectations of interactivity, speed and volumes, etc.

A one-service-fits-all approach does not work and would moreover incur our customers to pay for things they do not really need nor expect, or risks to induce unproductive assistant time or overload.

Ollygos has developed a simple, interactive approach (on-line tool) by which we define together your needs, wishes and expectations:

  • When do you expect your assistant to work or be available (Service Schedule)?
  • Which services do you need?
  • What are our mutual expectations related to volume of work and service levels (Service Expectations)?
  • As such, we can easily and rapidly define our service agreement and appropriate pricing scheme for each customer.

In general, our pricing model is based on the following principles:

  • Price per week (in line with agreed Services, Service Schedule and Service Expectations)
  • Contract period of minimum 1 month
  • Start-up fee for technical set-up
  • Flexibility to adapt the agreement to your evolving needs
