Quick-starting a trusted relationship

Ollygos is not an interim company providing ad hoc capacity of interim people. We are convinced that a manager’s supporting role is a valuable asset contributing to the manager’s efficiency and overall related business success. Only a trusted relationship aimed at the longer term with permanent alignment of expectations and priorities (whether structural, ad hoc) can bring that “winning duo”.

Prior to signing-up with Ollygos, the manager will be able to interview and assess one or more proposed Ollygos professionals, depending on availability and specific needs.

During the first week of assignment, the following intake process is planned in order to quick-start the Ollygos services.

• Two ½ days on-site presence of the Ollygos assistant
• Business and personal briefing
• Align methods, tools and templates
• Technical Set-Up

As long as you are pleased with the service, Ollygos will keep the chosen professional allocated to you.
