We pro-actively plan together the required availabilities of your Ollygos assistant (Service Schedule). This approach enables a fully customized time plan adapted to your effective needs and expectations.

Additionally, we allow our customers to book more availability from their Ollygos assistant than the effective time required to execute your specific needs and this without you paying the "unproductive time" at full charge as would be the case with an own employed assistant.

Such approach allows a manager to use the service of a “full-time” reachable assistant for the cost of a traditional “part-time” employed assistant.

For practical reasons and allowing both parties to optimize efficiency levels and expectations, we can differentiate between

• Base Hours: core service period with full service needs
• Extended Hours: reduced service needs
